Dear Sir, I Received a product- (High pressure water washer Black & Decker-1570TD) with some parts missing and damage on the product (the photographic evidence of damage was sent by email). Following is the details of complaint that i sent to the seller and, i just received apology mail and after that even after several reminder and phone call no response from the Seller. To: IndustryBuying Sent: Wednesday, August 31, 2016 10:33 AM Subject: Fw: Order 939508 - Your item has reached your nearest facility Hello, I received the consignment on 30 Aug 2016 at around 6.30 PM. Thanks for delivery as per schedule. However upon opening i noticed that the back flow prevent adapter to be fixed between water inlet hose and the filter provided at the inlet is missing. Is it a standard accessory as part of the packaging? if not where would i get it? in addition i noticed some damages on the plastic housing (on the Orange part), as i missed to take the photos immediately, i will send you the same by today evening. Since i have not tested the pressure washer due to non availability of the part stated above, i am not sure yet if this damage has any functional effect or only cosmetic in nature. i will update once i get the part and i test it completely.
