Second order was to be dispatched by 19 Feb 2017, but till 3-March-2017, they are still not able to place order. It is learnt that they supply second hand or discarded or old items. We would like to inform you that all products sold by sellers on industry buying are 100% genuine and brand new but as we are a Market Place company and dependent on the Vendors for the fulfillment of the Orders, sometime if vendor doesn't have it we have to cancel order however we understand that it you had an unpleasant experience. This site only logs the complaint but it don't have any information how it helping to resolve the issue. It is also not mentioned who are maintaining this site. It would be helpful if this information is provided. Without this information It appears to me that someone can misuse the complaints information.
