Received chair with broken hand and wheel in the month of august. Reported the same day to the team. Still not replaced. Always asking for 48 hours. They have sent a spare hand and tell me to get it replaced by myself. The wheel is still not noticed. I ask them for details of the vendor or anything related to them such as address, contact numbers etc., but i'm refused the details.
