IndustryBuying.com — Faulty product received no replacement and no response

I ordered RGP Indian Standard Convex Mirror from industrybuying order no 495484 .
I received completely broken product and its many bits and pieces where I couldn't open the package itself fully.
I contacted the customer care about the defective product. They suggested that I send them pictures of the same and they will follow it up. I mailed the pictures on 14 Mar 2016 but still no reply from industrybuying. They have the worst customer service and don't even know how to treat their customers. I will continue share my worst experience and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
