Till date i am being told that order is ready to be shipped, they are not cancelling the order either by phone or their email id despite they said they will do.

Have been provided a tracking no, once saying that order has been shipped, but the tracking no. was fake. Totally fake web site. Their toll free no. is not reachable most of the time.
