[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — Haven't received the product even after 11 days | |||||
Order ID : 225044 I had paid for a Mastech MS8233C Digital Multimeter an a wire stripper from IndustryBuying.com on 17 Oct 2015. They have not given my any confirmation about my order or why there has been a delay in dispatching it. When i paid for it the site showed they had stock. The customer care does not seem to give me a finite answer to what the delay is and they stopped responding to my email 2 days ago. I have an urgent need for these products and would like to receive the product as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
