I have ordered a chair order number is [protected] but I got in damaged status hence asked for refund. The chair was returned and was collected/picked by agent with number as AWB[protected] on 15th June 2021. Agent number was [protected].

In spite of many follow up I have been informed package is not yet returned to them.

I have been informed as return shipment is not yet received and money is not being refunded.

Appreciate your quick response in this.
