[Resolved]  IndustryBuying.com — im complaining about a days delay in return policy

My return policy got over yesterday. And today i called the customer care regarding the return of the product that i ordered. The guy who answered the call was too stubborn to listen to the call completely. We were out of town and came back home yesterday night. The product was received by our house keeper who had no idea about it. He wouldn’t even listen to our issue of being late by a day. We further then asked him to connect to any of his senior and he just said no that he wouldn’t do it. He just kept on saying that the return policy period is over
