Hi team

You have delivered incorrect model of tyre in order number:[protected]. Now your customer care guy "vibhor" robotically repeating same thing again and again "sorry sir we cannot do anything" in whole 20 min call.

I ordered b290 but i received b250 tyre.

Please act on this complain immediately and initiate retun and refund process.
