IndustryBuying.com — industry buying not fulfill my order no:[protected]

I have ordered a chair thru industry buying, my order no:[protected] booked on june 02-2020 and payment done thru net banking

I got an order confirmation and received payment confirmation mail as well, however, i am not able to track my order and also not able to reach their customer care as well, based on the reviews i have seen, i feel they will never fulfill my order. I have no options on the site to cancel or follow-up on the order. There is no response from industry buying at this time. I want to cancel my order and refund my money.

Please involve this case with industry buying persons
