When i checked the order status last night, there was "order received". I sent a message last night asking for my order status and now i see the status has changed to "ready for ship on 29 jun 2020'. Customer service is not responding. They answer the phone, but disconnect. I have tried calling several numbers, they all do not want to connect me to industrybuying. Unsure if the company still exists or not. The chat also does not work. I want to cancel the order and get a refund. Was this information helpful? | |
