[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — Item that i have paid for, not received | |||||
I had placed an order over 45 days ago for A4 size paper and paid around Rs 900. The order# 984513. First industrybuying sends me messages that I received the item when I did not. I get back to them with screenshots of the messages that I kept receiving everyday from their courier safeexpress which said out for delivery in the morning and unsuccessful delivery in the evening. This goes on for 10 days. No one contacted at all and the parcel goes back to them. I have been corresponding throughout this period via emails and rep. said that I had refused the order which is entirely not true. I just need my refund please. They sent me an email 2 weeks ago stating my refund is initiated and I would receive it in 2 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered a vacuum cleaner through industry buying .com and paid through net bankig on 23rd october. Till now they did not start processing my order and not even answering my mails.
