[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — Late shipments, incorrect item sent and no refunds

Sonce last 1 year i must have placed about 10 orders with you and out these 10, 4 orders have had problems and none of them still have been resolved

My most recent order id 1345630 has been booked aince long but item has still not been shipped.

Earlier i had ordered red bins and blue bons got delivered. Am still waiting for exchange or refund.

Before that i had purchased a tap for thread repair which was shipped of the wrong size.

Several emails pictures were exchanged but Induatry buying just doesnt seem to care

Worst online retailer is IB
