I received only 2 items out of 4. Today(21st May) I received the 2nd item from my order and one item is under transportation. But they sent me a message that my all materials are successfully delivered to me and nothing is remaining in my order. I sent too many mails to the customer care of IB regarding pending material but I didn't receive a single reply from them. What about the remaining one item? I already paid full amount to all my purchases. Pls open and check my mail there I attached advance payment receipt copy. Don't be silly with customers. Try to be genuine or atleast real one. We bought an office chair from Indutrybuying.com on May 2, 2018. The chair got delivered on May 14, 2018. It was semi-assembled when we received it. The back of the chair was semi-assembled
