IndustryBuying.com — missing parts of the item supplied to me | |||||
We have purchased office chair from industrybuying.com. My order no.[protected]. As it was covid 19 situation they are not accepting cash on delivery. I have paid them by netbanking while placing an order my receipt no is ar7445437 dt 30/05/2020. After 15 days chair came to my address while opening parcel as it was not packed well i found some parts are missing. I called up customer care no: +91 [protected] they told me to mail the whole thing to [protected]@industrybuying.com. With photographs. They will arrange reverse pickup from my office. I have sent a mail to the given address. After that day i have called customer care again to know the status of my request. The person told me that i have to wait for 1 week because our courier partner has closed his office for a week. Now it is about 15 days passed and still i am not getting proper answer from them. Now they have return policy of 14 days. Which are already passed. Please help to getting my money refuned into my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
