[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — money refund after not deliver for more than 15 days | |||
Hi, i purchased a ladder from industry buying but product was not even shipped after 15 days. So i cancelled my order and asked them to refund my money. As per their mail it was supposed to be done in 2 to 5 days but it was not done. I dropped mail (As their customers helpline number was not working) but still they said it has been forwarded to finance team and not given any date.
