Order no.[protected] on 04/10/17 booked led bulbs and 14 feet aluminum ladder. On 10/10/17, i have received led bulbs, i have not received 14 feet aluminum ladder. Shipment no. S[protected]. Shows items delivered. Sms messages shows items delivered. But i have not received 14 feet aluminum ladder. Please look into the matter and inform me. I have informed industrial buying co.
