I had placed an order for 2 Nos. Voltage Stabilizer and paid the money on 19/9/2022 through Credit Card. I got an e-mail stating that the Order ID: 19404581 has been shipped and would be delivered within 2 days. On 26th September, 2022 I received a whatsup message stating that "Your order with the order ID:19404581 is on schedule to despatch today. Please keep all the products ready in the original condition for a reverse swift pick-up. - Team Industrybuying". Again I contacted them on telephone and I was assured that the product would be despatched immediately. After that on 28th September, 2022 I got e-mail stating that the product is shipped. When I tracked the shipment details, it was found that "NO DATA FOUND AVAILABLE".
On 30.9.2022 I contacted them over phone and I was assured to SHIP the product immediately. Today (1/10/2022) I have received whatsup message "Your order with the order ID:19404581 is on schedule today. Please keep all the products ready in the original condition for a reverse swift pick-up. - Team Industrybuying-". Again I contacted them over phone and I am told to contact them on next Monday, the 3rd October, 2022 for an answer.
Whom should I approach for my products or Refund? Is this the way such a well known "Industrybuying" behave?
In case they are not able to despatch the product immediately, please refund the money. Please help.
