Got a damaged product, they asked me to fill a google form and asked to send images of it after some days, when i delayed for one day sending the images, they said "according to our policy two days are over, we cant raise the ticket" i[censored] are very much following your policy why dont you clear it in one shot, You can took the process of some days to accept the complaint, since you cant afford the proper e-commerce platform, why cant we delay a day to send the images??
Note: there was no outbound call from them, they are just doing it by emails.
This is ultimate robbery from the customers, please check this complaint and help on this
