[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — order cancelled from your end and payment not received

Order no:[protected], this order was cancelled from your end, stating that the product is not available with you, but i can still find this item for sale with higher cost. My order was confirmed at the time of payment and after 2 weeks, this got cancelled. You are holding my money for two weeks. Verified Support Jul 23, 2017 IndustryBuying.com Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We deeply regret for all the inconvenience caused to you. We're writing to let you know that refund against your cancelled order has been already done from our side on 14th July with transaction id. [protected]. We would also like to inform that we are a Market Place company and dependent on the Vendors for the fulfillment of the Orders.
