IndustryBuying.com — Order cancelled without any update

[protected] was my order number and ordered on 7 April 2022 ..we were waiting for the device because it was urgent due to capacitor panel failure.
there was no any update from industry buying today(23/04/2022) when i call the customer care person who was so arrogant and simply said your order is cancelled and refund will be on your account as of INR2500 actually i paid INR3530. i will never ever try with this fraudulent site and never recommend ..it is perfectly scam job..
