I have received product on 8th june at 12:55pm and jun 8, 2016 at 1:09 pm, after talking to customer care i have send the images of damaged product which i have received, and they acknowledge my email and said within 1 business day they will take back the product and process the refund, from 8th june to till now i am keep calling customer care and also sending email for the same, but every time they are saying that reverse pickup will be done in 24hours which never happen, today they are saying we cannot arrange reverse pickup so you send damaged product via post, why should i do these, it is my fault that i have paid the amount for product which i have seen on website and at the time of delivery i have received damaged product, company is making fraud, i have all email reference and call recording of customer care.
