Hi, I placed an order for 2 trolleys few weeks back. Since there was a delay I cancelled it 2 weeks back. In the customer care they say the order is cancelled but the status still shows in process and it is been more than 2 weeks the money has not been refunded. Last 1 week I am unable to reach the customer care team as well.
Request for refund. Order ID : [protected]. Date of cancellation : 28-May.
I also didn't get any official confirmation for order cancellation.
