I placed an order with ib on 7-feb-2017 for a premier 18"x36"x78" stackable slotted angle rack.
I waited for a month and then contacted ib customer care on 6-mar-2017. They took down my details and said that someone will contact me in 2-3 days. I waited for a week and no one contacted me. I again reached out to ib on 13-mar-2017 requesting them to cancel the order and process a refund since i had fully paid for the order via net banking. I still am awaiting for a response from the ib cistomer care for the email i sent them on 13-march-2017. I have also sent them multiple emails asking them about my refund which has not been processed yet. It is over 2 months since i placed the order and i havent received the product nor they have processed the refund.
Since there is no response from ib, i am planning to take legal help and register a grievance in consumer court. Hopefully ib will respond to a legal notice. Was this information helpful? |
