[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — product not delivered for order[protected]

The order[protected] is booked on 21st feb and escalated on 3rd match and today is 9th march and there is no resolution. The customer support is not picking up the calls and on chat asks me to cancel the order. The money is already paid and who will bare the loss by the customer.
