Hello, I have placed 2 orders on 13th April, 2018. Order No :[protected] Order No :[protected] Both of the items are not dispatched yet and it's been over 10 days. I'm really frustrated about this issue and i have tried to contact their customer service via phone many times but no one is interested in picking up the phone call.
