[Resolved]  IndustryBuying.com — Product received in defective condition, No response from Industrybuying for refund.

I placed ordered for pair of side mirror for my car Maruti Astar. Delivered product was defective, hence I immediately contact customer care. Customer care executive ask me to send mail with all necessary information which was informed by customer care executive. Till date I have not received any response for collection of defective parts and refund of my payment. Here is history of my transaction.

I am not getting any update from industrybuying. All relevant document attached for reference.

need early resolution and credit of refund.

Correct phrase is:
Customer care executive ask me to send mail which I send on same day with all necessary information informed by executive"

I was out of town when the material delivered to my place and in weekend, when I returned, I checked the consignment. Request you to consider this case and provide necessary refund.

What should I do with this defective Parts? Should I forget my payment without getting good parts.

Please note consignment received on 7th Dec Evening and I reported defective consignment in 10th Morning. So there is not much delay in reporting. Kindly consider.

I have bought speaker but they have not delivered product.
After calling, They told me that product has been cancel due to not available of product.

My concern is that I have wasted my time .It is bad and very bad service..
