Ref--Order No :[protected] I placed ordered for pair of side mirror for my car Maruti Astar. Delivered product was defective, hence I immediately contact customer care. Customer care executive ask me to send mail with all necessary information which was informed by customer care executive. Till date I have not received any response for collection of defective parts and refund of my payment. Here is history of my transaction. Order No :[protected] Order date: 24th Nov-16 Material delivered on : 7th Dec-16 Check material on : 10th Dec-16 (as I am out of city) Contact customer care on : 10th Dec-16 Resend mail on 12-Dec-16 Contact customer care on 16-Dec-16 for reminder. Send mail on 19-Dec-16 for reminder. I am not getting any update from industrybuying. All relevant document attached for reference. need early resolution and credit of refund.
