[Resolved]  IndustryBuying.com — product was not delivered and the customer care is very rude and providing fake information.

I ordered two products on 26th july 2018. I also paid the money.
1. Stanley 4 drawer roller cabinet with abs top tray stmt99069-8
2. Var tech smoke absorber table clamping 493 a esd.

I received the var tech smoke absorber on aug -01.

But the stanley 4 drawer was not yet delivered till this second.
So i logged more the 20 complaints and inquired about that product status. But they are asking time again and again. At last on 20th august 2018 at 9.45pm i received an email and also a text message stating that the was shipped and also that msg has the tracking number with courier name.

So i wait till 25th aug. But after that no response from the courier side. Also i cant able to track that number. Because it was disabled. So again called to the customer care on 25th aug. At that time the customer care agent said that the item reached chennai you can receive your product within 24 hours.
But i said the tracking number was disabled. But the agent said that you can track your product on tci-xps website. I aslo checked but it was mentioned as the number was wrong. Again i called the customer care, they said that you will received within 24 hours.

But i dint received. So i called the customer care today at 9.30 am. They said that your product is in processing stage only it will take again two days to dispatch the product.
But in the website it is mentioning that your item is shipped on aud-21st at 3 am. I aslo received an email and also one message. But they are saying that i am giving wrong information. They also said that i ordered the product on 27th july only. But in the website itself it was mentioned as 26th july 2018 at 12.15 pm. Eventhough they are saying that it was july 27th only also your item is under processing only. Also she said that i giving all wrong information. They said that everything i said was wrong. I asked them to transfer the call to the higher official. But they refused it. They asked me to put an email and have to wait for 24 to 48 hrs for the call back. I dont know what to say. I really fedup with their service. They also disable the cancel order option. If the item is in process only means how the cancel option was disabled? How the tracking no. Was generated? How the mail and msg was received that the item was shipped?
Whether its all their fault? Or as mentioned by them am i giving wrong information?
I atteached all the data and screen shots for proving that i wont gave any wrong information.

I am really upset with their service and customer care.

They delivered the product on 29th august - 2018. But still now in their website it was mentioned as item was shipped. There might be a problem in their website or in their team. Any have i received the product in good condition.

I have Order for different types of garden pots through Industry buying .com vide Order no[protected] dt 04.11.6016.only 1 item sent by invoice no IBW[protected]. Other items not sent or no refund done till date. You are requested to look in to the matter and do the refund with in 10 days.
At the time of purchasing order for four digital clamp meter 72T auto i am filling the information on your page that time the State text field does not accept the information(maharashtra) when filling the information on the your page.
So I could not order my order for 4-digital clamp meter.
