[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — Refund Issue of order[protected] with industrybuying.com | |||||
I placed order on 21st June which order id is[protected]. somehow i cancelled order same day. and i received cancelled order confirmation mail from you on 28th June stated that "Refund of Rs. 4398.0 on your Order No:[protected] with Industrybuying.com has been processed and will be credited to your account in the next 2- 5 working days." it is almost 9 working days completed and i still not seeing amount in my statement. can you please look in to matter and reply me ASAP. I spoke many times with industrybuying.com customer representative but never received satisfactory reply. they provide me transaction id and check with credit card provider. i spoke to credit card provider about this and they said they won't be able to trace transaction id. all they are saying that there is no refund reflecting in my account and suggest to ask merchant. NOW MATTER IS MERCHANT SAYS CONTACT CREDITCARD PROVIDER AND CREDITCARD PROVIDER SAYS CONTACT MERCHANT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Was this information helpful? | |||||
