I have ordered nilkamal chair with order 7212035 on 18/03/2020 and my order was cancelled due to covid-19 but refund i of same is not creadit
I my account after 8 days from cancellation.
I also contact with customer care & he told me that the refund refund already has been initiated from our side with reference id [protected] and contact your bank.
I have talk to bank person & he told no transaction pending at bank side.
Kindly solve this asap. & refund my amount.
