I had ordered an Ahuja Mic (PRO 3400 of Rs 4597) through Industry buying Portal online on 11th Jan 2022 with PO Number [protected]. But, they delivered a Consignment against this order with different Product, i.e., low variant Product of Ahuja AUD-100XLR ( i think it costs only between Rs 1000-Rs 1500 range). I have made a complaint through their Customer Care ( Customer Care Ticket No.442891 against the Order id [protected]) . They asked me to produce the details & Photos of the Items Delivered through their online Google form. I did the same and they arranged for the Return of items through their Courier Services, Xpressbees. Later, I got the mail from their customer care that they are working on the Refund. I received a mail on Feb 1st that they are in a process to put back the Refund in my Account with 3-4 working days. Nothing happened after a week. Again, I reminded them on Feb 8th & Feb 12th through mail & Phone. No Progress. The latest reply from them was on Feb 14th and it was the assurance of "Getting the Refund within 3 to 5 working days. I am totally frustrated the way this people handled my online order. A Kind of cheating it is. They failed to supply the product what I ordered. In that case, they must refund the amount on time. Now, I don't have any faith in their commitments. So, I request the Concerned people has to interfere it and ensure my money back in the form of refund.
