We have ordered the product " office chair" on Industry buy and we received a damaged product. we almost waited for almost 2 weeks and we did multiple follow-ups over E-mail and customer care numbers. we were not getting a proper response and asked us to wait because of the communication gap with the delivery partner. And all of a sudden we received an email stating that we dint respond to the email within 24 hours and they cancelled our return pickup. We never received any phone call from the company or delivery people
we would like to replace/ return the product. We need the money back for the damaged product.
