I have order this v-guard vgsd 50 (images no.1 & 2) from this website, however i have received the wrong product v-guard vg50 (images order received - which i have been already using for last 2 years). I have ordered the vgsd 50 maroon color as i have purchased new maroon color fridge but i have received cheap looking white stablizer. there is a lot of difference in models (difference in image attached) I need the resolution asap, although i expect less on such a unprofessional act already faced from industrybuying. I think will never buy anymore from industrybuying and never recommend it to others, worst experience of lifetime till date by online shopping. Was this information helpful? | |||||

They have a reverse pick up without informing me on email or phone, suddenly a courier guy comes to me and ask for the stablizer. How can i give them the product without any assurance from Industrybuying about my refund or replacement? I clearly told them first dispatch correct product or initiate my refund only after that I will return the product, otherwise I will be on loss for 1200plus bucks plus no prodcut. I know its normal procedure but I cant trust a new less known website for this.
