[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — Service sucks, never rely on site info_Handa storage racks not delivered

Ordered storage rack online, luckly cash on delivery. It was in approved state for almost 2 weeks and I wanted to verify if really something happening. Toll free number doesn't work most of the time, after dropping mail and trying several times to call at last got a chance to speak to customers care. They mentioned it's packed but again nothing happened in next 2 days. A at last cancelled. Service sucks and waste site.

IndustryBuying.com Customer Care's response Dear Customer, we really apologies for all the inconvenience caused to you, we would like to inform you that availability of the product is governed by vendors. if vendor doesn't have it we have to cancel order. we are working on system where product will automatically become out of stock based on vendor input. We regret for the inconvenience once again.

100% I agree with u.. Thankfully your order was cash on delivery..
Else, Really worst e-com site ever seen in india e-com sector.
Calls on Consumers care number get disconnected automatically, and only after dozens of trials, consumer will get change to speak with executive, that too after holding call for 5-10minutes and about email, hahaha IB team doesn't bother to reply back, even for once, even after 100s of emails to them...
