IndustryBuying.com — Size 10 jcb shoes size not matching need replacement of size 11

I have selected Size 10 jcb safety shoe. But size does not suit my leg and hence I asked industrial buying to replace shoes with size 11 and they are not replacing. Kindly replace my shoes with size 11 shoe size.
