[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — sold wrong product (misleading to buyers) | |||||
I would like to register a complaint against industry buying. I have ordered clutch plats for swift 2016 model but they send me clutch plat for 2009 model. Which is in bigger size. They have nowhere mentioned in the site that this is use for 2009 model only or any specification. I simple purchased it as a layman thought that this will fit to my swift 2016 model. When i emailed them about it and request them to change my product but they are not ready to listen my issue and pointing on me that i should check before buy. I do understand but this is also their responsibilities to mention the particular specification on site. They are totally trying to do fraud with the customers. Selling old product on discount to attract the buyers. I do my most of the shoppings online but this is the first company i found fake and not trustworthy.
