[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — unable to deliver product | |||
Product purchased under order #[protected] As per the order the Post hole Auger and the drill bit was ordered, only the Auger has been delivered. Due to repeated requests u are unable to deliver the second item i.e drill bit. If the appropriate size of drill bit cannot be delivered the said equipment does not fullfill my requirement. I would like to return the product incase the drill bit cannot be deliver. The product is still intact in the box lying unused can check before return. I was placed an order for trw car suspension on 24 june my money has not refunded very worst service from your ward.
I called your customer care several times atleast they are not attempting my call & not replied to my mails.
I was not expected this type of negligence & irresponsibility.
I had decided to approach consumer court.
