I placed an order 813416 for Texmo Taro TSH 3 1 HP Domestic Monoblock Pump via Induatrybuying.com on 15 Jul 2016. I completed full payment of Rs. 4840 now nearby one month the order is placed and I have still not received. I contacted 4 times through phone and email but I am not receive the information whether delivered or refund. So I want to do the possible process to refund immediately.

Updated by sathees997 Still Date i am not received motor.now order display in july 16th 6.06am shipping mode. pls take the action and solve my problem.i call to industry buying customer center So many times, All the persons escaped - so many reason.
No1 Reason - Mostly tell 2 days waiting...
No2 Reason- Server Down So pls Call later
No3 Reason- Motor Reached Your Near Area So pls wait...
