Hello, sir, i am nilakanth deshpande from buldhana maharashtra. On date i received the package good on the name of ambay welding machine. A r 200t qty 1 cost 5699 rs on 13.10.2016,

Mr abhishek singh is the contact and responsible person from ur company to sort out this issue. I made the mail as well on phone call also i told this matter since the day i received the wrong goods inside the packet. Now it is a question for me that how many days i shall wait. Now i am making a call to mr abhishek but even i am not getting any answer. I am not that much smart enough to follow this internet hectic processes. It's a simple matter what action ur company is going to take. Either u take this wrong goods packet back and return me rs 5699. Or send me the correct product that is welding machine. And this much time taken for this simple issue makes the question in my mind whether further orders to place or not because it's a question of one customer to ur company.
I want simple solution instead of a legal lawful way. Please take it serious because it's already too late not for me but ur company. My no [protected]
