I have received a different (Wrong) product on their website: http://www.industrybuying.com/toggle-clamps-steel-smith-CL.CL.TO.409603/?q=STEEL-SMITH+Toggle+Clamp+Capacity+...⇄ Also, refer the attachments what delivered by industry buying. More than 30 days am trying to return this product they do not take the product back. Additional details - on april 26th what they have committed: “dear customer, Greetings for the day!!! This is in regard to your order 1668739. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused to you. We're writing to let you know that we have initiate the refund against your order from our side. You will get the refunded amount within 2 to 3 business days. Thank you for your patience & support in this regard. Have a nice day!!! Regards, Vishal tyagi (Team ib) ” After refund committed, more than 9 working days gone, still not resolved this issue industry buying. They never care about post delivery.
