I have ordered the 9w DC 12V Led Bulbs and they delivered wrong product i raised the request on the same day and its been 17 days still no refund and not solved issues, even if i talked multiple time they say they will solve in 24hrs but they dont it happend multiple times . because of that i lost 10k and the customer. please whoever reading this dont ever in your life dare to buy from industrying.com,

Updated by Prasanna Hugar i never asked for the refund and you guys never bother to listen you do the things which you like... i want product with the one which i have ordered and now if i want to order again i need to pay shipping charges extra because my previous order clubbed with the other to avoid shipping charges.
