1. Industrybuyings' customer support is very poor (0 out of 10). Reason Do not even respond to the email. The customer support team at the toll free number say that they will respond to the queries by mail but i got response only after several calls.
2. The product delivered on the date scheduled but with one part missing, effectively i am unable to test the product (the pressure washer). I wrote a mail to know where i can buy the missing part so that i can at least try the product if it is working or not. No reply.
3. The pressure washer housing(plastic body) had a damage marks - the Origianal Orange color turned white indication of high force impact. However at this point of time i donot know if the product has any functional defect. Was this information helpful? |
