Dear sir/ma'am,

Sorry to say that i am disappointed with your service. Nobody receives calls on the helpline number. I ordered a magnetic drive pump (Order no :[protected] on 23rd june. It's more than one week over and still in 'order confirmation' state.

I feel that you will take a long time to get it delivered.

Therefore, i am hereby requesting you to kindly specify a date of delivery or else return my advanced payment (Rs. 9804) to my account.

I shall be forced to take legal action against your company.

Waiting for the refund amount. Will update once it get refunded.
