We purchase around 6 executive chairs which cost us around rs 3600 each in march 2017. The product came in two batches for which there was no proper email communication. We took over 2 weeks to install the chairs as we were shifting to our new office. Once installed we came to know the poor qulaity of the handles, seat cover torn at many places, handles bent, poor seat cover quality, wheel not working properly after using for hardly just 1 week. When called them they updated that within 48 hours we should have updated them. My question is why you have allowed poor quality vendors to market their products in your website. It shows how they have streamlined their vendors in their website.
