Ii) the duration of in which the product was available (From which dates till which date). Iii) the number of the product sold before the product is exhausted Iv) why it has taken 5 days to inform a customer that the product which was ordered and approved, is not available? My queries may kindly be responded point-wise. The responses received from the Customer care are contradictory - sometimes the reason for cancellation is availability issue, and in others it is price mismatch. Neither of the issue is the fault of the customer expecting to get his purchased item after the Order has been APPROVED. Early response is awaited.
