[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — refund not received now it's 13 days

I ordered epson l850 on 24 january. Same day i canceled my order. I got message that refund will rflect on my bank account within 5-7 days. But its now 13 days left i have not received refund. I also called customer care on 2 february. Now its 7 february please resolve my problem. Refund my money. I also got email that my refund will reflect in 5-7 days but now its 13 day i have not recived amount.
