[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — waiting ordered product for more than months

Sir,
I vinod padikkal from karnataka. I have placed an order for product order number[protected] on 7th august 2018. I got replied on 14th sept 2018 that cannot be processed single quantity so i cancelled and changed quantity 2 on 14 sept 18. Order number[protected].

Hence, i don't receive the product till this time. I need this product anyway.

We deeply regret for the inconvenience caused. we would like to inform you that the order was cancelled due to availability of product with our vendor and as we are a marker place company dependent on the Vendors for the fulfilment of the Orders, if vendor doesn't have it then we need to cancel the order.

My order number[protected] power house solar panels, warrenty mentioned is for 25 years, received product to my address and informed to customer care about warrenty cards, not received warrenty cards along with the panels or the hardcopy of the bill. please respond.
