Company promised to clear the f & f settlement within 45 to 50 days but now it is close to 4 months and I did not receive the payment yet. Whenever I contact finance help desk, HR, Senior HR they tend to give non sense reasons. I damn care about others who might be still waiting for the settlement. It's me who served the notice period without salary and relieved from the company as per the rules set by the company. Even I expect the company to follow the same rules. They are not capable to pay the salaries on time and even after taking 45 days time to make the final settlement they are not capable enough to clear the accounts. I am trying to call them but they are not responding to the calls or emails which I sent. I recently spoke with police and Lawyer regarding the same. As per the law what they are doing is not rite. Under section 406 - Breach of Trust, I am going to file a case against the company. Police officer and lawyer advised me to speak with the finance team once before I proceed but as they are not responding to calls & emails I do not have any other options left.
