Infinity Solution — for threatening me

Respected sir, i received called from one telley caller saying infinity solution is a company. She offer me to do "work from home" kind of job where she will give 1500 form which need to fill with in 20 days and she wil pay me 25 rupees per form.
I join this company date 26/05/2017.
The form type was to reducles and unorder and was impossible to submit with in 20 days. But i stop the working due to thier website is to busy and they did not asked me any baking details as they told me that they will call me.
Address of company is "1/98 golandaz building, golandaz street, nanpura-
Surat, gujrat 395001".
Now a notes of advocate nehal a mehta sent me notes date 27/09/2017. To pay 7018/- rupess.in notes bank details are as follows. They are demanding 6018+1000 due to incomplete of filling forms.
