Infinix — Missing accessories

I purchased INFINIX-GT-BOOK LAPTOP in October 2024 on FLIPKART and after the delivery i didn't got the GT-ACCESSORIES-KIT at that time i didn't know much and this was my first online purchase delivery boy said that you have to give me OTP and then complaint in the company and convince me so i provided the OTP and after checking it on my INVOICE its also mention on the invoice that their should be a GT-ACCESSORIES-KIT with the laptop in complained about these in FLIPKART and they said it was an open box delivery its your fault i tried to tell them that it was my first online purchase and i didn't know about that but got nothing in return no help not componsation no refund and no replacement .
